Returns
1.You can return items within 21 days after delivery. All you need to do is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.
If the buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does not like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all information in point 1.
The customer is responsible for all courier charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
If the item you have received is incorrect, please kindly follow the steps:
- Wrong items: please send us photos with good lighting of the item and packaging and labels of the product you have received.
- Size issues: please contact us with your order number, the item code, state the size you have ordered and the size you have received .
Once we have confirmed we sent the wrong size, we will dispatch an alternative product or offer refund.
If you have purchased the wrong item, please inform us. We can allow to return the product back to us for a product value refund or exchange. Shipping costs to return the items are at customer’s expense.
Please contact us to obtain the return address with your return reason (see Point 1). Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed. Product returns that are dirty, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above and will not be accepted.
Please ship the parcel via registered courier.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped out, please kindly contact us as soon as possible.

Jou Ma Se Clothing accepts cash or Electronic internet bank transfers(EFT). No goods will be released until we receive confirmation of payment. We do not sell merchandise on credit.
Price of items may change without notice. Price in shops may vary to website prices.
Jou Ma Se Clothing is not a VAT Vendor, therefore VAT is not charged.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a courier or post office.
Notice of Defects
Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify Seller in writing WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification. Seller shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than Customer. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SELLER ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER (DYED, PRINTED, EMBROIDERED, RELABELED OR THE LIKE).

No Liability for Outside Vendors
Seller shall not be liable for any work performed by any third party vendor referred by Seller and hereby waives any right to assert any claim against Seller for work performed by any other third party or vendor, including but not limited to claims for negligent referral, agency, or respondent superior.
Customer's Credit Worsens
Seller has the right, in addition to other remedies provided by the law, to terminate any delivery or suspend further deliveries of other shipments in the event Customer fails to pay for any shipment when the same becomes due. Should Customer's financial condition become unsatisfactory to Seller, in Seller’s sole discretion, Seller may require cash payments in advance or other security satisfactory to Seller prior to shipment of merchandise.
Force Majeure
Neither Buyer nor Seller shall be liable to the other for delays in performance of its obligation hereunder caused by acts of God, war (declared or undeclared), government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or similar occurrence beyond the party's control, making it impossible, illegal, or commercially impracticable for one or both parties to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale, in whole or in part.
